I was relocating to the area and buying a condo in which I wanted darker wood floors. Several hardwood floor companies told me maple doesn’t stain well, but Adam was more optimistic. He explained that maple just takes stain differently, creating a floor with multiple color tones rather than a consistent shade. I actually would prefer the diversity in shades and went for it. I’m very pleased with the outcome! A Floor Clinic did a really nice job with my floors.
