Adam and his team are true pleasure to work with and do beautiful, beautiful work. We solicited 3 bids last summer when we closed on our Wicker Park single-family home, which needed the whole first floor and two sets of stairs refinished, and the top floor bamboo pulled out and replaced with oak to match the lower level. There was no contest. While extremely reasonable, we did receive one lower bid, but there was no comparing Adam’s knowledge, care and attention to what we needed, various options, explaining the pros and cons of, for example, oil vs. water vs. acid finishes, etc. Our top floor was a mess.
