Adam came out promptly to survey the area. Within a day or so, a written estimate was sent by email and I received a follow-up call from Agata in the main office to see if I had any questions. She was courteous and helpful, and after receiving other quotes (both higher and lower), we decided to move forward with AFC. We paid 1/3 as a deposit on the first work day. They came out soon after to remove the water damaged laminate flooring and drywall/trim. They discovered mold, so we had to get that remediated by another company.
